Steve is an operations and organization development professional with over thirty-five years of experience in businesses, nonprofits, and higher education. Steve’s sweet spot is working with clients during periods of start-up, growth, and change. He is a partner in helping organizations grow and prosper. He has led program design and evaluation, planning, board governance, fundraising, marketing, finance, human resources, and information systems and has served in senior corporate and nonprofit executive and board roles. He believes that a foundation of basic business principles and sound mission-driven planning are keys to success in the non-profit sector.
