Leadership Asheville works to develop, connect, and mobilize a broad, collaborative, action-network of community members through community orientation and personal leadership development for the benefit of the greater Asheville area. The LA Program is supported through tuition & fees, individual contributions, and corporate sponsorships.

Today there are more than 1,050 LA Fellows who have graduated from the program. Many serve as policy level trustees for organizations and/or serve as elected or appointed public officials at all levels of government. The alumni community, filled with LA Fellows who are engaged leaders and decision-makers, represents an unparalleled resource working to strengthen the quality of life in our region.
